Kdrsoft Technologies is a digital agency in Dwarka, New Delhi that designs websites, builds web and mobile applications, creates brand identities and runs digital marketing campaigns such as SEO, social media and Google and Meta ads.

We have been in business since 2008 and have worked with more than 350 clients, from first-time founders to established manufacturers, schools, clinics and retailers.

Our office is at S-89, 2nd Floor, Manish Mall, Sector-22, Dwarka, New Delhi 110077. We regularly work with businesses in Dwarka, Janakpuri, Uttam Nagar, Palam, Gurugram, Noida and the rest of Delhi NCR.

Most projects are handled remotely through calls, WhatsApp and video meetings, so we also serve clients across India and overseas without any extra charge.

No. You can start, approve and complete a project entirely online. We share proposals, designs and progress links by email and WhatsApp, and hold video calls whenever a discussion is easier face to face.

Every project gets a dedicated project manager who is your single point of contact. They collect your inputs, share progress updates, arrange reviews and make sure deadlines are met.

No. Design, development, content and marketing are done by our in-house team in Dwarka. Keeping the work in-house lets us control quality, protect your data and respond quickly when you need changes.

Yes. Once the project is paid in full, you own the website design, the source code we wrote for you, your content and your domain name. We register domains and hosting in your name or transfer them to you on request.

Third-party items such as premium plugins, themes or stock images remain under their own licences, which we explain before purchase.

Yes. We are happy to sign a non-disclosure agreement before you share business plans, app ideas or confidential data. Many of our web application and mobile app clients ask for one, and it does not delay the project.

The simplest way is to fill in our contact form, call us or send a WhatsApp message. Tell us about your business, what you want to achieve, any websites you like and your rough budget and timeline.

We then send a short questionnaire or arrange a call to clarify details before preparing a written proposal.

For most websites and marketing services you will receive a quotation within 24 working hours of our discussion. Custom web applications and mobile apps can take two to four working days because we prepare a detailed scope and feature list first.

Usually we need your logo, brand colours (if any), the text and images for your pages, contact details, and access to your domain or existing website. If you do not have content ready, our writers and designers can create it for you as an add-on.

We share a simple checklist at the start so nothing is missed.

Yes. Our content writers can write clear, SEO-friendly page content, product descriptions and blog articles based on a short discussion about your business. Content writing can be included in your quote.

After launch we provide a free support period (the length is stated in your quote), train your team to update content, and hand over all logins and documentation.

After that you can choose an annual maintenance plan, call us for paid changes as needed, or manage the website yourself.

Our payments are milestone-based, so you only pay for work that has been planned or delivered. If a project is cancelled, advance payments for work already completed are not refundable, while any unused portion is handled as described in your quote, the pricing terms and our Terms & Conditions.

Yes. We regularly redesign older websites to make them faster, mobile-friendly and easier to manage, while protecting existing Google rankings by keeping URLs, redirects and important content in place.

If a full redesign is not needed, we can also fix specific issues such as speed, security or broken features.

Yes, and it is often the most cost-effective option. Because design, development and marketing are under one roof, your logo, website and campaigns share the same message and you avoid coordinating between several vendors.

Yes. We work with clients in the USA, UK, UAE, Australia and other countries. We schedule calls to suit your time zone and can invoice in Indian Rupees or, by arrangement, in other currencies.

Your project manager shares updates at each milestone and whenever something needs your input. For design and development projects you also get a private preview link where you can see the work in progress before it goes live.

We choose technology based on your needs. Common choices include Laravel and PHP, React, Node.js and WordPress for websites and web applications, WooCommerce and custom carts for eCommerce, and Flutter or native code for mobile apps.

Yes. Every website we build includes clean code, mobile-first design, fast loading, proper headings, meta tags, XML sitemaps and structured data so search engines and AI assistants can understand your pages. Ongoing SEO to grow rankings is a separate monthly service.

The answer to this question requires some amount of research and understanding the requirement or need. If the need is very standard and fits the bill of the available software, it is a good idea to take this up. However if there is any amount of customization required for the application, creating a be-spoke or customized solution is the best option.

Any dynamic website uses a combination of 4 major components namely, an Operating System, a Web Server, a Database and a Scripting language. A combination or a stack of these four are Linux, Apache Server, MySQL and PHP or Perl. This is one of the two most popular combinations used for Web Technologies.
