Web Application Development Pricing: Terms & Conditions
How the final price is decided
Each service shows a price range. The final fixed price is confirmed in a written scope document after requirement analysis.
For complex projects we recommend a paid discovery and specification phase; the discovery fee is adjusted against the project if you go ahead.
Features not in the approved scope are handled as change requests with separate estimates.
Payment schedule
eCommerce and CMS websites: 50% advance, 30% on design approval and 20% before launch.
Web and mobile applications: milestone-based, typically 40% advance, 30% on design/prototype approval and 30% before go-live.
Not included unless quoted
Domain, hosting and cloud infrastructure, SMS/WhatsApp/email credits, payment gateway fees, maps and other third-party licences, Apple Developer (US$99/year) and Google Play (US$25 one-time) accounts.
Product uploads, content writing and photography beyond the agreed quantities.
Ongoing maintenance after the warranty period (available as a monthly plan).
Mobile apps and marketplaces
Mobile app prices are for cross-platform (Flutter) apps. Separate native apps, multiple apps (customer, vendor, driver) or complex real-time features may cost more.
Multi-vendor prices assume a defined marketplace scope; very large platforms are estimated separately.
Testing, ownership and warranty
The client completes acceptance testing within 10 working days of beta delivery. Issues within scope are fixed before launch.
After full payment, complete source code, database and documentation are handed over. We sign an NDA on request.
The free warranty period covers bugs in delivered features.
Cancellation
Payments for completed milestones are non-refundable. On cancellation, work completed up to that point is billable and delivered to the client.
Our pricing pages show a price range for each service. After a free consultation we send a written quote with a fixed price for the agreed scope. If you later need extra pages, features or integrations, we quote them separately before starting, so there are no surprises on the final invoice.
Do your prices include GST?
No. All prices on our website are in Indian Rupees and exclude 18% GST, which is added to the invoice as per government rules. We provide a proper GST invoice for every payment.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept bank transfer (NEFT, RTGS, IMPS), UPI, cheque and online payment by card or net banking through our payment link. International clients can pay by bank transfer or other agreed methods.
How are payments structured for website projects?
Website projects usually follow a 50% advance to start, 30% after design approval and 20% before the website goes live. Smaller projects may use a 60:40 split. The exact schedule is mentioned in your proposal.
How do monthly marketing plans work?
SEO, social media, ad management, content and Google Business Profile plans are billed monthly in advance. SEO and content need a minimum of three months because results build over time. You can change or pause your plan with notice as described in the digital marketing pricing terms.
Is ad spend included in your PPC fee?
No. Our PPC management fee covers campaign strategy, setup, management and reporting. The ad budget is paid directly by you to Google or Meta from your own ad account, so you keep full control and transparency.
Are domain and hosting included in the website price?
No. Domain, hosting and business email are quoted separately and billed at actuals, so you can choose the plan you need. We can register them in your name and set everything up. Renewals are charged yearly at the provider's rate.
What is not included in the quoted price?
Typically excluded are third-party costs such as premium plugins or themes, paid stock images, SMS or WhatsApp API charges, payment gateway fees, app store fees and advertising budgets, plus any work outside the agreed scope. These are always discussed upfront.
Can I get a custom quote?
Yes. Every quote is custom. The price ranges on our pricing pages are a guide; we add or remove features to fit your requirements and budget and confirm the final price in writing.
What happens if I need changes after approving the design?
Small changes within the agreed scope are handled as part of the project. Major changes after design approval, such as a new layout or additional sections, may affect the timeline and cost, and we will confirm the impact before proceeding.
